1Acceptance of Terms

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on la89 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by registered account holders:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. These thresholds may be reviewed periodically and any changes will be communicated to account holders.
• Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. la89 may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal request at its sole discretion.
• la89 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as reasonably practicable. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• la89 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5Bonuses and Promotions

la89 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, and to the general conditions set out below. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and bonus conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after all required conditions — including minimum deposit amounts where applicable — have been met. la89 reserves the right to reverse a bonus credit if it was awarded in error or obtained through misrepresentation.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the la89 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, la89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, inaccurate game results caused by software errors, or the actions of third-party payment processors. la89's total aggregate liability to any account holder in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that account holder's verified balance at the time the claim arises.

la89 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may occur. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. No compensation will be payable for downtime that is outside of la89's reasonable control.

10Account Suspension and Termination

la89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Where la89 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus abuse policy.
• Where la89 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority, including requests relating to the prevention of money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Where an account holder requests voluntary self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools. In this case, the account will be closed for the period requested and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method upon their request following the expiry of the exclusion period.

11Amendments to These Terms

la89 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — la89 will take reasonable steps to notify registered account holders by email or platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
